Since it seemed to help other people with getting fit, I've made a "fitness" blog to track any progress that I make. Not that it will bee too interesting, but it's better than spamming my twitter followers with all that crap. Anyway, here it is:
Perseverance, apart from posting about any progress, I'll post about what plans I'm using and tips and things. Maybe it'll be interesting, most likely not.
